Pretty pink toenails…lipstick kisses…and mom’s wedding shoes made for a perfect dress-up day with Emelia! I brought out my latest vintage find, an old steamer trunk and hung Emelia’s favorite outfits and tu-tus. She tried on her new feather boa outfit,vintage purse and pearls. She is such a little doll and so much fun to photograph!

Beautiful baby Desmond came in for a visit and some vintage style portraits. I love, love, love this outfit! He is the sweetest boy!
Not too long ago, I spent a beautiful day with lovely Emma, photographing her riding at Pembrook Farm in Woodbine. Emma is a fantastic rider and she has such a special rapport with these magnificent horses. There was something magical about being in such a peaceful setting with this lovely girl.
Each year at Easter time we adopt some baby chicks for this special session event. We had some much fun this year with all our little chicks! Love the giggles as the kids watch the chicks run around and chirp!
I have been photographing Julia since she was an infant and she has a special place in my heart. Over the years, I watched her grow and I loved capturing all the stages of her childhood. I have always admired the work of photographer, Gail Goodwin and her themed portraits of children, so Julia’s mom and I had an idea to do a vintage lemonade session. We had lots of fun putting it together and shooting the session. Julia is quite the model, wouldn’t you say?!
Thank you to all wonderful clients and friends for a great year! It is so nice to see so many of my clients year after year and to also meet so many wonderful new families and children. I am so blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of some of your happiest memories.
We had a great summer and fall season, and I really loved the new Country Christmas sessions we were doing this holiday season. So much fun in a beautiful setting! We will be expanding our Children’s Story Portrait sessions in the coming year, so please check in with us from time to time!

Lisa and Corson are two of my favorite people!! Lisa is always coming up with creative and fun ideas for photography sessions, and we have a great time bringing her ideas to life. Corson loves animals and I have photographed him with many… including baby pigs, potbelly pigs, horses, turtles, frogs, bunnies, chicks, dogs and even elephants! There is never a dull moment around both of them and I always look forward to her phone call saying “I have an idea”! Lisa and Corson are devoted to each other and these images reflect the special bond they have. Love.
I did many of these holiday sessions on our country property and I loved each one! With the crunch of the fallen leaves, the smell of nearby fireplaces and coolness in the air, you can feel the coming of our winter holidays! These images are of my favorite, Linny, who gets more and more beautiful every day.
