Okay, I know this post is not photography related (although I did make his portrait),
but I am thrilled to announce that my better half,Guy Portewig, is launching a new business as a Private Chef.

Guy has been the executive chef at his family’s restuarant, Cucina Rosa, for over 22 years.   Cucina Rosa closed in December and although many are sad that he will not be preparing their favorite dishes on a nightly basis,  he is still available to whip up some Seafood Fra Diablo, those delicious mussels and his famous lamb chops in the comfort of your own home!  Guy will specialize in private dinners in your home or vacation house, outdoor parties, rehearsal dinners and other celebrations.

For those of you who are planning a Cape May vacation, wouldn’t it be lovely to spend the day on the beach and come home to your own private chef preparing a wonderful summer feast for you and your family?!
