A Celebration of Life Through Images

The Front Porch Project

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING RESPONSE, WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE ANY MORE RESERVATIONS AT THIS TIME!

Hello!

Thank you for your interest in our Front Porch Project of Cape May!  We are trying to lend a bit of help to others in need right now during these trying times.   M.P. Myers Photography is offering family portrait sessions in support of our local food banks.

The idea is simple…a five minute portrait session of your family from the safety of your own front porch or steps in exchange for your donation to our local food banks.  Doing something for someone else may make us feel a little more connected in these surreal times.  And with so many of us feeling isolated and disconnected from our family and friends, perhaps something as simple as a happy photograph can keep us going. ♥

How it works

Complete the sign-up form HERE and I will email you as soon as possible with a confirmation and session time. (Due to our incredible response, it is now taking a few days to schedule everyone!) When I arrive at your home, I will send you a text.  You can step outside where I will be a minimum of 10 feet away (I have a long lens!).  I will take a couple of quick photos and leave within 5 minutes.  I will not physically interact with anyone or touch anything during this session.

Your digital file portrait will be emailed to you the following day.   All I ask is that you make a good faith contribution to either of our local food banks.  Donations can be monetary or food contributions.

Be Sure to Have Fun

This is not a typical photo session, for sure!  So I encourage you to have fun with it.  You can wear your best “isolation look” or take this opportunity to shower and get dressed!  Get creative and be you.  Pick a theme, hold up signs, whatever you’d like.  Pets are welcome too!

All photos will be posted on Instagram and Facebook using the hashtag #frontporchprojectcapemay.  Seeing our friends and neighbors make us realize that we are all in this together!

Due to time and travel constraints, we can only schedule in the Cape May area at this time.
